How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. We will pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number or any updates after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

How long does shipping take?
We are very quick to pack and ship. Typically, orders will ship the next day (M-F) however, in rare cases please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship - especially during busy launches, restocks etc. After an order is processed, packages will arrive within 2-5 business days.

Do you ship Internationally?
No, at this time international shipping is not available. We usually ship Worldwide, however due to the current health crisis, we've temporarily suspended international shipping to USA ONLY. Prices are $USD. We hope to reopen internationally soon.

Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

How do I order on your website?

Does Kadajoliga provide a quality guarantee for products?
Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately. We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed.

I entered the wrong shipping address at check out!
Our orders get processed very quickly - you can email us to change an address but we cannot guarantee we are able to respond quick enough due to the volume of emails. Please try contacting the post office to have this rerouted. If it gets returned to us, there is a $10 reshipment fee.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can cancel an order that has not been processed yet. In order to cancel your order, we must hear from you within 24 hours from the moment of ordering. Otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
