Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically take between 2-5 days to arrive after they are processed. Please note that shipping times do not include processing times. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday; holidays may increase processing and transit times. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed the next available business day. A tracking number will be provided once an order is processed. Holidays and weekends may delay shipping and processing.

If you have placed an order and not received a confirmation email or shipping update, you may have entered the wrong email address. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered the wrong email, please contact us and we will fix it for you.

International customers:  Unfortunately, we no longer offer international shipping. This is due to extremely high costs to ship and packages being held at customs for months.
